Terms & Conditions

At DataSpindle LLC, we provide comprehensive IT services to our clients, from remote and on-site support to backup and business continuity solutions. Our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient services while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and security.

Service Offerings

We offer two types of services:

  • As-Needed Support: Clients can schedule appointments or request emergency support as needed, without ongoing obligations.
  • Recurring Monthly Services: Ongoing support and maintenance, which will auto-renew unless terminated with notice.

Termination

For all clients, 30 days’ written notice is required for termination. In case of early termination for monthly services, any equipment purchased exclusively for a client must be paid for by the client.

Client Data & Privacy

Client data remains their property, and we ensure its security through encrypted storage. We do not inspect client data, except for basic electronic checks for data integrity. Clients are prohibited from storing illegal content, and any violations may result in immediate suspension of services.

Service Conditions

We strive to maintain secure and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee protection from viruses, data loss, or system failures. It is important that clients use licensed software and comply with software licensing requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due within 30 days of invoicing, and late payments may incur a 3% monthly fee. We accept payments via credit card or check.
